Summary/Abstract: Organizations have to be more and more effective and efficient also in motivating their employees. Companies’ requirements and expectations towards employees are increasing as well as employees’ towards their organizations. Hence motivational professionalism of managers and modern motivational systems are fundamental for the fulfilment of a motivation function. Monitoring and modelling of a company motivation filter are equally important. Quantitative as well as qualitative methodologies can be used for this purpose. The imaging methodology brings interesting results.
