INDICATIVE PLANNING – POSSIBLE OPTION FOR ECONOMIC RECOVERY

Summary/Abstract: More and more economic researchers and practitioners have become aware that the Romanian economy lacks a global development strategy. Sequential approaches, with programs, in place to eliminate imbalances, worsen them. Although the word "planning" is spoken still hesitant in Romania (due to the excesses and failures of the past) the need for the return to a system of planning, indicative and not mandatory, seems obvious. Its role, especially in the allocation of resources, so in hiring costs at social level, but also at the level of the company, it may be important for redressing the Romanian economy.
