The criticism of corporatism from the new political economy perspective

Summary/Abstract: The article presents criticism of the corporatism model of the economic policy creation in the institutional framework of the representative democracy. The theoretical deliberations presented in the article are based on the research achivements of the new political economy (NPE). Based on the economic analysis of political process, the author tries to prove the thesis about the crucial role of minorities on the distribution of public resources.
