Summary/Abstract: Together with the increasing role of mass-media there is a growing interest of banks in how best to take advantage of the creative and productive capabilities of Internet users. Banks appreciate not only their presence on social media platforms but they also focus on using crowdosurcing. Crowdsourcing is the activity of a company or institution aimed at outsourcing the function once performed by employees to an undefined and generally large network of people in the form of an open call. The purpose of this paper is to present crowdsourcing as an effective tool of drawing upon ideas from the Internet community of their expectations of banking services and products that can be implemented in the banking sector.
