Impact of time preferences disturbance on the level of balance unemployment, based on the example of Poland

Summary/Abstract: A lot of occurring facts, which fundamentally influence the level of natural rate of unemployment, are discussed in literature. The most important are: mobility and behaviour of market players, visibility of labour market, level of regular wage, strength of wage negotiation or level of inflation. The main goal of this paper is to try to find the reason of high level of natural rate of unemployment based on time preference disturbance. A hypothesis is proposed that one of main causes of such high level of natural unemployment is increasing the time preferences due to monetary expansion.
