THE RELEVANCE OF KNOWING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE VICTIM AND OFFENDER

Summary/Abstract: For practical activity to combat criminality a special importance is the analysis and knowledge of the relations between the perpetrator and the victim of the crime, from the moment of the incident, and after committing the criminal offence. It is possible to establish a real phenomenon, the victim's place and role in the mechanism of a substantiation of recommendations, prevention, self-defense and re-socialization of persons injured, as well as a quick and correct application of the law in the case of committing the crime.
