THE NEW CHALLENGES OF THE MODERN WORLD - CRIME AMONG MINORS

Summary/Abstract: One of the problems faced by Romania today is the high level of crime, especially among youth. It is due primarily to age changing, complex process of socialization, multiple number of subjects in charge of this process. The problem of juvenile crime is placed in the spotlight as the the society is aware of the place and role of the young generation in the contemporary structure of the social system and the importance that it poses to the future of society.
