Summary/Abstract: Lawsuit browse two phases: judgment and enforcement, the latter being involved in the judgments likely to be enforced in with coercive force of the state or other enforceable insofar as the debtor fails to fulfill its obligation freely. However, the execution uno ictu is just another way of execution, without this meaning that is the one and only possible way of execution that can be applied. In this respect, the legislature may establish specific measures or phased payment of amounts provided in writs of execution.
