Summary/Abstract: Legal security has always been a key component of national security and the activities of maintaining this security and adapting the content of this concept are permanently adapted to the realities and to the needs of society. One of the relevant actors in this process was and is “the lawyer” and the existence and the free exercise of the profession of lawyer guarantees of national security, recognized and consecrated into history.
