Summary/Abstract: The paper seeks to offer a precise answer to the question related to the character of philosophical revolutionariness. Socrates and his dialectic form of orality are emphasized, with the special attention being paid to the genesis of this discoursive form. Special attention is also paid to the Hesiodic “narrative situation,” which makes it possible to follow the course of individualization of the thinking process.
