Summary/Abstract: This paper deals with problems entailed by the change of value system in our country. Rather illustratively, we attempted to tackle a set of issues of theoretical and practical character important for our culture. The process of transition in light of global world process and shaping of col-lective consciousness through new system of values. Silent, hidden and almost inaudible interest of big powers which attempt to exercise their influence on this region. In conglomerate of volitions, desires, hopes, uncertainty and fear from unknown, internal conflict of personality, strati-fication and cleavage of society. Entire complexity of metamorphosis from one to possible other observed through the prism of to have and to be, i.e. shaping of governance, power, supremacy, subordination, and in that context the freedom of choice, responsibility for future develop-ment and foundation of, we hope, a healthy society.
