Summary/Abstract: After the conclusion of the First World War, the danger menacing their national existence obliged the Albanians to act for their defence, therefore were created various committees and societies inside and outside the country. Among those committes which represented the Albanian irredentist idea were also “the National Committee in Dibër”, “the Committee of Pogradec”, and “the Committee of National Defence of Kosova” which was created as main revolutionary force of the Albanians under the rule of the SCS Kingdom. Also, in that time even from the ranks of the Macedonian emigration in Bulgaria were created and were in action more political organizations: “the Macedonian Executive Committee”, “the Inner Macedonian Revolutionary Organization” (IMRU, respectively VMRM), “the Macedonian Emigrant Federative Organization” etc. But OBMR and the Macedonian Executive Committee were created as main Macedonian revolutionary force (Bulgarian-Macedonian).
