Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to present the Dynamic System Planning (DSP) model by L.U. Hendrickson and J. Psarouthakis. Therefore, the article identifies the key elements of effective management in a turbulent environment, which according to the author are: resource acquisition and allocation, work flow, human relations, technical mastery, market strategy and public relations. The article is based on literature studies.
