Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the article is to identify the relations between irrational factors such as intuition; creativity; and happiness and strategic decisions in contemporary organizations. It results from the increasing influence of the heuristics on the decisionmaking process or rather a flexible combination of illogical and analytical thinking and tools. The article was based on the empirical research in non-governmental organizations; due to knowledge gaps in the analyzed area.
