Summary/Abstract: The article presents the concept of horse racing from the angle of economic entities which are necessary for its proper and effective functioning and carrying out tasks connected with its development. The nature of created relations is a derivative of accepting the primacy of the good of the horse. The network is created by international organizations (e.g. IFHA), national organs and organizations (JRA), as well as numerous economic and social entities. An example of one of the best organized networks of economic entities within horse racing is the system created by the Japan Racing Association.
