Summary/Abstract: Universities are trying to push forward the limits of the teaching process they offer, implementing an e-Learning solution is mandatory. Regarding the costs, e-Learning technologies are savings of approximately 30% and could be achieved by using standards (SCORM, AICC, IMS), content packages and course scenarios tailored on the specific matter. The infrastructure implemented is built on creating content in-house, courses developed by teachers in a reasonable and expeditious manner. The goal is to have a flexible and secure infrastructure capable of accommodating future technical changes to increase productivity, improve quality of the teaching/learning process and feeding students needs of knowing and achieving their goals. To have a complete success story we will have to mark all the key elements regarding; human side, machine, educational process and organizational management.
