The Definition of the Regional State According to the Constitution – the Example of Serbia

Summary/Abstract: The status of a region within the constution is defined by the basic principles featured by a regional state. These principles are defined by the international documents within a particular region as well as by the regulations of the state law. Regionaly defined state nurtures specific relation between the state and the region. The status of regions within one state depends on the historical, political, social and cultural features of a particular region.
