Summary/Abstract: The author analyses Population Policy in Poland Proposition 2013 in the context of seniors and their families needs. The senior family is understood in a wilder sense as a senior(s) and people from the closest milieu, who are involved in attaining the basic and upper needs. Senior family satisfies most of the needs – first of all the need for security, and it does it in a regular and unselfish way. There are reconstructed potential senior family needs. The author checks to what degree the documents submissions are coherent with the situation and reality of senior family needs.
