Summary/Abstract: The article presents theory and research concerning mobbing. The research was conducted in the urban transport company which is one of the biggest work places in Wrocław. Thirteen managers and forty four employees took part in this research. The study had an illustrative, not a representative, character, since such a number of employees is sufficient to establish, whether mobbing is a standard in the organizational culture of an enterprise.
