Expectations of employees having a higher education in view of the system of motivating in the organization

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the theory and research concerning the system of motivating. One hundred and twenty-five working students from Wrocław University of Technology took part in the research. They had already had a university diploma and continued learning on master’s studies. The aim of the research was to measure the expectation of the system of motivating in an organization. It was conducted with the questionnaire form containing relevant questions based on specialist literature.
