Summary/Abstract: Perspectives of inclusive education in Moldova is a fundamental right of every child and is open to all children valuing differences that exist between them, differences in cultural, economic, racial, religious and learning style, possible differences of learning disturbances. Whatever the particular and individual differences, all children should be able to enjoy education. In this context of ideas in Moldova by Decision no. 523 of 11.07.2011 approved the development of inclusive education program for the years 2011-2020. Later than three months, the Action Plan of the Ministry of Education together with the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family and the Ministry of Health to ensure its Implementation. Control over the execution of this decision shall be the responsibility of the Ministry of Education. Inclusive education promotes a child-centered pedagogy, given that education should be adapted to the differences between people, specific education requirements deriving from it. It must be accessible, flexible, comprehensive (broad, which is tolerant, democratic). Passage to inclusive education involves learning perspectives in institutional reconstruction, development of human and informational resources, and creation of a support network for prevention.
