Summary/Abstract: The global and local changes from the last years and the reforms in the educational system retain once more the proper support of the school personnel, so that this should be able to cope with the challenges of a knowledge-based society. Each child being unique, which means an individualized approach, the individuality being defined as the totality of the characteristics that express the human being’s unicity as compared to anothers. The individual can learn as long as he is supported in learning and exploring the cognitive potential process. So, the education subject (the child), the individual or the groups have and demonstrate a conscious and creative pro-activity, freedom in knowing themselves, auto-efficiency in changing the surrounding reality. At the same time, education subject, the individual and/or collective teacher, defines the assumption of explicit pedagogical roles and has the pedagogic and social capacity of projecting, of realizing the formation activity, of developing the human personality in a formal or unformal institutionalized sphere. The first, pre-school education constitutes the fundament whose force depends on the quality of the acquisitions accumulated by the individual educated in the elementary school, in the highschool or in the university. This fact invests the pre-school institution a specific role in the achievement of the success when implementing the curriculum within the whole learning system, we mean the process of shaping the personality of the future citizen.
