Legal and spatial conditions of performance of solar farm investment

Summary/Abstract: The article characterizes legal and spatial conditions of solar farm investment with photovoltaic cells. Although solar energy is currently considered as most interesting and popular among investors in Poland, such a project is evaluated and treated the same as other energy projects, including those which do not use renewable energy sources. PV farms should undergo long and complicated administration procedures and their owners overcome many legal and spatial obstacles. On the contrary in the neighborhood countries like Germany solar farms are growing rapidly on an industrial scale.
