Summary/Abstract: One of the business practices that raises more questions from the perspective of assessing the effects on competition in the markets, is known as price fixing or resale in its Anglo-Saxon terminology, resale price maintenance that encuadrable within the broader category of vertical restraints can be defined as “that agreement whose object, directly or indirectly, is the establishment of a fixed or minimum price to be adjusted to the resale buyer”.
