Summary/Abstract: What will be, in general, the evolution of military business ethics? More specifically , what future will the status of ethics have? The answer is based on the concept of the state and on the extent to which public law will allow the sphere of private law to develop, whether the individual will retain any right, and to what extent the individual will have some autonomy. History has a continuous oscillation between authority and freedom, between the prevalence of the community over the individual and the expansion of individual rights within the community. The stages of this continuous process translated into forms of state structure. Will we have ethics based on personal interests or bureaucratic ethics within the political administrative state? Democracy or totalitarianism?
