Expectations of residents for solutions to improve urban transport systems

Summary/Abstract: The article addresses the impact of solutions to improve the urban transport system on the perceived quality of life of residents of medium-sized cities. The transport subsystem is one of the key elements of the logistics system of the city. The article pays particular attention to factors affecting the level of system utilization of public transport by residents and their expectations for shaping the development of urban infrastructure. This article is a part of a research project: “Referential model of city logistics versus quality of life of citizens” funded by Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
