Summary/Abstract: Currently the complex concept of waging this struggle is the revolution in military affairs, which requires, timeliness and optimization of doctrine, bringing it to the technological capability. Together with the appearance of a new type of weapon, doctrine should change as well, because, as far as we saw, the technology tends to outpace the doctrine. The war today cannot be waged, as at the beginning of World War II, because of the modern weapon that provide accuracy and increased hitting power.
