Summary/Abstract: As contemporary society gives us a picture of fluid systems, characterized by profound changes, sometimes surprising, which, in order to survive, restructure themselves, redefine their interests, reconsider their laws/relationships and principles, so the Armed Forces, one of the basic institutions of society, is in a continuous process of adaptation, for the same reasons. Romanian Armed Forces Transformation, circumscribed to NATO transformation, has major implications for Land Forces readiness purpose and perspective.
