The identification of the outcome of inter-organizational learning in the enterprise management in network environment

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the process of organizational learning and inter-organizational learning in the context of dynamic growth in the importance of economic cooperation. The attention has been drawn to the existence of economic benefit resulting from interorganizational learning. It has also been concluded that the appearance of the synergy effect in the process of inter-organizational learning positively influences the growth in technological advancement, lowering prices and providing the customer with complementary products of the value added expected by them. It has also been stressed that inter-organizational learning may be regarded as a way towards the improvement of competitive position and increase in value of the contemporary enterprises of the knowledge era.
