towards a learning organization (on the example of Tomadex s.c. Tomasz Szulc, Adam Czajka)

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the essence of a learning organization and characterizes a number of assumptions that identify knowledge organization. It is also compared with a traditional organization. In the empirical part the question about the level of implementation of the learning organization model in the medium company located in Łódź Voivodeship was asked. As the research shows, although the company has a number of features of intelligent organization, it is not fully such.
