Summary/Abstract: Organizational learning is a complex and dynamic process that occurs on three levels in organizations – individual, group and organizational. Creating by managers conditions that enable integrated organizational learning on each level influences the capability of the organization to introduce different types of changes. The change type – evolutionary or revolutionary – requires a different approach to the learning level as the levels play different roles in those changes.
