Summary/Abstract: In the time of globalization, constant changes and the need to flexibly adapt businesses to changing conditions it is necessary to search, acquire new knowledge or improve processes. Organizational learning becomes necessary. This is especially important when an organization has difficulties and its proper functioning is threatened. Crisis is more and more frequently an integral part of the organization. Therefore, it can be seen as an opportunity for organizational learning of organizations. Among many models of crisis management, special attention should be payed to those that demonstrate both the importance and the necessity of Wpoint to the learning process of the organization.
