Summary/Abstract: The magnitude and challenges posed by the military transformation process cannot be overcome unless the personnel involved in implementing it is well trained and motivated, for this endeavor requires a set of special skills and knowledge. Therefore, this article attempts to present two possible tools to facilitate this complex process.
