Summary/Abstract: This study aims to review a range of theoretical approaches and practical solutions offered by the literature on the concept of organizational conflict. The paper refers to the economic, political, social, cultural and security in which the contemporary organization operates and especially the military organization. One of the fundamental characteristics of the military organization is the diversity of human resources that make it up, leading both advantages and disadvantages in terms of management. In the final part of the study, we present some options for solving problems of cultural diversity within the military system, with emphasis on the idea of flexibility and adaptation techniques in the exercise of managerial leadership.
