Summary/Abstract: Article analyses the assessment problem of individual learning achievement acquired in different learning environments. The application pecularities of portfolio and interview methods in assessment of non-formal and informal learning achievement are discussed. In the article the results of case study of retailer non-formal and informal learning achievement are presented.
