Summary/Abstract: The history of the French-Russian educational programs is short-stated. Features of the contract on cooperation and about training of double degrees between ULCO and the St.-Petersburg University Management and economics are here analyzed. The academic schemes of education, since the training module in French and finishing A-Levels and master programs of training in the field of tourism, providing reception of two state diplomas are discussed. The description of a professional knowledge and abilities of the graduate with the double diploma is made.
