PROBLEMS OF RECLASSIFICATION YOUNG EXPERTS ON THE RUSSIAN MARKET JOB

Summary/Abstract: Problems of employment of young experts in Russia are considered and the reasons of their occurrence are defined. Results of research of a modern Russian labour market are resulted. The basic requirements of the employer to young experts from the point of view of their personal qualities and level of knowledge in concrete professional area are shown. At the same time, the basic motives and requirements of the young expert are shown at employment. Contradictions between requirements of the employer and the young competitor of work are underlined. New mechanisms of interaction of educational institutions are discussed with the establishments forming a labour market. Results of employment of young experts in new economic conditions are illustrated on an example of St.-Petersburg Academy of Management and Economy.
