Summary/Abstract: The authors wanted to share their experience regarding the requirement of modernization of human resources training. This report is a result of their activities, carried out at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. The objective of their work was to ensure, through adequate training, better and easier graduates entering the labor market. The authors argued request for modernization of existing human resources training. Detailing this requirement, they have chosen a number of ways. They recorded data on the effects of new methods they used their own records through observation and questionnaires given to students. By processing these data, the authors gave a measure of the impact of new training methods on the training of students overall. After upgrading their business through the application of new methods of instruction, they quantify the impact on the level of preparation of students. Thus, they might assess the degree possible the insertion of graduates in the labor market. Subsequently, it will be possible to verify in future research
