CONSOLIDATION OF THE TERRITORIAL DIMENSION OF LABOUR LAW RESEARCH ON HUMAN RESOURCES IN SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN ROMANIA

Summary/Abstract: The beginning of communication refers to the fact that the company conduces a transfer function that, given the resources of the environment, processes them and turns them into outputs. Since human resources are of major importance, knowing the situation of companies in their business environment is the condition to take accurate decisions. Thus, our research:   ü   Highlight the place and role of SMEs in national economic system,   ü   Look typology and features of SMEs,   ü   Demonstrate complementarity between large enterprises and SMEs,   ü   Surprised also dynamic SMEs. All this formed the subject of research in order to understand the context of human resources issues and the labor market in Romania.
