Summary/Abstract: Contemporary globalization has been developed by the capitalism tends to create global centers of decision, in whose equation does not include the majority of population. Globalization influences the security problems. Globalization is not a static, but a very dynamic process. It is presented in many forms, and has borders. From the point of view of national security policy, globalization obliges states to integrate military and non-military elements of power. The key to such an effort is the close coordination of the political, military, economic, public policy, intelligence, culture, science and technology. Globalization is a key factor in ensuring national and regional security, but it needs to be supported by global security.
