Summary/Abstract: The current organization of psychological service is made under the principle of complementarity subject (each branch of Psychology requires a specific training: Psychology called the differentiated psychology, medical and clinical psychology, organizational psychology, psychological operations, etc. to be practiced only by professionals) together with the specialists of different service branches. Also, it involves the principle of interdependence of professionals (priest, general practitioner, psychiatrist etc.) and involves direct (not mediated) communication (unmediated) while ensuring full confidentiality.
