INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY ON THE EXAMPLE OF BPSC SA COMPANY

Summary/Abstract: The integrated system is a software application with a high degree of complexity, which can support main economic processes taking place in any company. However, its adaptation to the specificities of the company requires the implementation process. This process should be conducted in accordance with a formalized methodology. That methodology should characterize different stages of implementation with regard to the tasks, powers and responsibilities of the software supplier and client. The purpose of this article is to present implementation methodology developed and used by BPSC SA.
