Summary/Abstract: The proposed test was applied to healthy male and female adults. The purpose is to study the ability to discriminate colour and shape features in the event of binocular tachistoscopic presentation of dual combinations of colour shapes. The test is computer based and we measure the reaction delay at answering. The results obtained do not exhibit any sex-based differences. Reaction delay tends to be longer when discriminating shapes rather than colours. Identical couples of stimuli take considerably shorter time to discriminate between than dissimilar ones.
