Summary/Abstract: The research allowed to introduce the following conclusions: The most important group of skills enabling effective implementation of management functions are changes. The most important skills enabling effective implementation of management functions are ensuring a smooth flow of information, being able to communicate with other people and to co-exist and harmoniously cooperate and persevere.
