Process of identifying enterprises’ core competencies vs. managerial skills

Summary/Abstract: In the process of the identification of enterprises’ core competences the highest mark was gained by technical and concept capabilities (the average on the level of 4.04). Executives who took part in the research gave the lowest mark to team-motivation capabilities and to communication capabilities. Generally men gave higher notes then women, especially in the aspect of learning and planning capabilities.
