Summary/Abstract: Rural development and diversification of rural economy depend on the level of education, knowledge and qualification. Though improving and maintaining the proper level of basic infrastructure is an important element in the social and economic development of the rural area, it is professional training that represents the “engine” of good development. Education and training are essential for rural communities, but there are obvious discrepancies from the point of view of school infrastructure
