Summary/Abstract: In the past few years emotional intelligence as a concept has attracted a very big interest in the theory and practice of management. On one hand, it enables greater opportunities in development of the capabilities of managers for more successful management of the employees, on the other hand, strengthening of the role of the company to employ its instruments and activities for implementation of emotional intelligence in practice. Emotional capabilities are essential for every day interpersonal relations, especially in the process of conducting negotiations, running and managing a company, ability to manage people, that is to say, the employees. Scientists have proved that the importance of emotional intelligence in achieving success in the job of managers and effective running of companies is enormous. According to them, success in life does not depend so much on the reasonable mind (intellect) as it depends on the emotional mind, that is to say feelings. Modern managers should make themselves familiar with the process and through introducing it in their development programs should develop the interpersonal relations in the company to achieve better results in their work. Likewise, to bring near the researches and the achievements done in the developed countries of the world and to give them importance so as our managers to familiarize themselves with the process of learning and implementing of emotional intelligence in developing of the companies.
