Summary/Abstract: In mass media particularly, most common, effective, and powerful communication tool is television because of their culture that has become an industry in today’s environment, this industry is in the location of the vehicle. Especially scientific, economic, technological developments occurred as a result of the less development and developed countries and developing countries towards the running of social and cultural values of invasions are occurring. Socio-cultural imperialism in this respect, the media is state of the cars. Social structure in many functions which have the media, the same time period, millions of audience to the power and authority of ownership because of the social and cultural context, loaded functions examine and evaluate the required functions are. Socio-cultural context of this work in the media have shown that the social structure on the role and functions ‘Situation Comedies’ (Sit-Coms) samples will be analyzed in terms of humorous. Search for this purpose will be answered the following questions. The media content of a situation comedy (sit-coms) structure and functioning is in which direction and intensity? How do the situation comedies (sit-coms) as structure and function, change from the socio-cultural point of view. How is the structure of humorous and which are the humorous elements.
