Summary/Abstract: In an environment dominated by information, by management and risk, communication is done for the whole risk management process. The purpose of vertically upward communication– informing the politico-military decision-makers – is the main purpose of the whole risk management process. Formal reporting should address, namely: estimates and warnings of risk control methods and risk management responsibilities, the processes used to identify risks and how they are dealt with, by risk management systems, the control systems used for primary manage significant risks, system monitoring and the control and review of the plans implemented.
