Problems of organizational learning (semantic-exploratory reflections)

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issue of preliminary results of the research of literature from the point of view of organizational learning. The author diagnosed the scientific scope of such notions as: learning, learning cycle, learning under ambiguity and organizational learning. He also identified and systematized reports from the point of view of knowledge management in an organization. The work is summarized with the qualitative analysis of the research findings.
